GREENMAX PROJECT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE:

• Large Investor-Owned Utility (US)
  Developed and implemented a comprehensive high efficiency residential air conditioning rebate program over a four-year implementation period.  Led a team that was responsible for all marketing, rebate processing, and administrative tasks on behalf of the utility.  Also led the evaluation of new demand response equipment procurement in the residential sector for peak shaving programs.
• Residential Air Conditioning Contractor (US)
  Responsible for integrating a new utility rebate-based growth strategy for a national residential air conditioning contractor.  Drove significant strategic growth efforts by leveraging utility rebates for new unit and service sales on behalf of the client.
• Public/State Agency (US)
  Acted as the lead third-party reviewer for all energy performance contracting completed by a large statewide governmental agency.  Responsible for evaluation of providers, development of contracts, verification of energy savings, and management of the M&V procedures for guaranteed energy savings contracts.
• Energy Technology Company (US)
  Responsible for new marketing channel development as well as management of a number of key accounts for business development purposes for a small technology partner targeting the hospitality industry; sales to these accounts have more than doubled the firm’s volumes and revenues to over $3 Million per year. 
• Large Urban Hospital (US)
  Led a three-man consulting team to design and implement a series of operational efficiency programs for various outpatient and inpatient departments at the hospital over a four-year period.  Significant staffing efficiency savings and sustained productivity gains resulted through all engagements.
• Metsa Tissue Biomass CHP (Poland)
  Prepared a preliminary feasibility study analyzing different technical solutions to utilize paper sludge and sewage wastes to produce heat and electricity at a tissue factory in Poland for the project development company Heat & Power Associates Ltd. (jointly owned by GreenMax and the energy investment fund E&Co.)
• Conuben CHP Expansion (Spain)
  Provided a variety of project development and financial advisory services to plan and implement the expansion of the existing gas fired cogeneration plant serving a chemical factory from 4.5MW up to 24 MW.
• Polish Cieplownia Siemianowice Modernization Program (Poland)
  Prepared the business plan for an American utility company for the establishment of a special purpose company to undertake the upgrade of a 160MWth coal fired boiler plant serving the city of Siemianowice.
• Lublin Daewoo Motors (Poland)
  Developed the modernization plan, conducted full due diligence, and prepared the acquisition of a 500MWth coal fired CHP serving the Daewoo truck factory in Lublin for an American equity fund.
• Kabale Peat Power Ltd. (Uganda)
  Supported the project owner with a range of project development and financial advisory services to plan the implementation of a 30MW peat fired power plant.
