Supported initial entry of Electricite de Portugal (Renewable energy subsidiary of NEO Energia) to Polish wind market, resulting in eventual acquisition by NEO of Relax Wind, a Polish project developer.
- KAEN Biomass CHP (Poland)
Financial advisors to KAEN, a Polish firm developing a 15.5MWe rapeseed oil cake fired CHP. Prepared the financing structure for the project and the Information Memorandum, and led the equity investment negotiations with three European private equity funds.

Financial advisor to JSC Gelios, a Russian manufacturer of polysilicon for photovoltaic applications, for developing a new PSS production facility for supply to the global photovoltaic industry, including preparation of the Investment Memorandum and leading the negotiations between American and Spanish investors and the Russian client.
