Enrique is currently a Partner of Enya Renovables and a renewable energy and energy efficiency consultant to GreenMax.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Enrique was previously the Managing Director of the Spanish Association of Renewable Energy Producers (http://www.appa.es/). During his time leading APPA, the Association increased its membership by 70% and negotiated the Royal Decree 661 that established the new regulatory framework for renewable energy producers in Spain (July 2007) and consolidated the Marine Wind Energy and Thermal Electric chapters.

Prior to his role at APPA, Enrique was in charge of biomass, solar and waste projects development in Hidrocantabrico, now NEO Energia (EDP).
